Weight loss illness or wine?

Ok so I've had a chest infection. Been on antibiotics for three weeks and ill for one more. Loads of people are saying I've lost lots of weight but it got me thinking. Did I loose the weight because I was/am fighting infection or because for at least the first week I felt so rough I ate very little and haven't had a sniff of wine (usually have a bottle over a week) in a month, or a combo? I didn't do much for about a week but have been back to my usual amount of activities for about a two weeks.

See asthma nurse just after Xmas and I'll get her to check my weight. If I'm still less than I was after turkey day I'd be worried 😁
