Hi. I was recently in Berwick. Not quite Ayrshire but I found the air much better for my breathing. I saw a real drop in my PF when I came back. Have you tried staying in the area for a little while just to try it out before you commit? I would love to move out of my home city to the seaside.
Hi Thanks, i have tried when i go to the coast and very rural areas an d i always improve. The areas i have tried are either way to expensive to move to or there is not enough choice of housing. I want to get away from England and the millions of cars, cities and motorways.
Yes, I know the feeling. I’ve lived in the same city all my life but my asthma has suddenly got worse. I think it is the increase in air pollution as the city council are trying to combat it.
Not a helpful response per se but just to say that I am also moving to Scotland. Aiming to move this summer after years of living in London and hoping it'll be better for my lungs. Please keep us updated if you can and good luck finding somewhere lovely to live x
