Asthma UK nurses- brilliant job.

After feeling down and frustrated with my asthma, I called the Asthma UK helpline as I know they’ve been brilliant in the past and they were again.

The nurse took time to go through everything with me and explore different options and medications that might help. Honestly this service is great each and every time and just having someone who understands and takes the time to listen and help has made me feel 100 times better and I now feel like my fighting spirit is coming back.

Thank you so much to that nurse, I’ve been feeling so down and frustrated by it all and now I feel like my sparkle is coming back. Keep up the good work Asthma UK helpline. 😊

They are amazing, I've phoned them on a few occasions and they have been very supportive and the advice they have given has been invaluable. They certainly know their stuff. 😊

I feel the same - they really listen and don't just palm off and try to reassure. Sanity-savers!

The asthma nurse at my local surgery is brilliant.. so much better than the GP!

I love the AUK nurses! They are the most knowledgeable and supportive medics I’ve ever had to deal with. As well as understanding that a high heart rate IS a symptom of an asthma attack.

Have to admit Emma, I call AUK over calling my own surgery if I have a question or want advice. I get an instant answer, as with my drs. I have been told they will call back within 72hrs! There much more supportive at AUK too
