Yes i wake up during the night and mornings tight and breathless. Its awful and i get soo tired and dread it. I try to sleep propped up and have everything near me on a table.

It's so strange cause I can go 30 minutes on tredmill and still be just the same. I've had this now coming up 6 weeks. The clearing my throat all the time had simmered down but still have times where I clear it. Nighttime is where I can breath normal. It's so strange. Every now and then I take my Blue inhaler. The doctor put me on fostair 200/6 3 weeks ago and I feel like it's working abit. I changed my diet about 3 weeks ago and not eating before bed after the ent doctor said it was lpr.
