Yes, if you can get to somewhere like the coast where there is very little pollen, go and walk. I have asthma, bronchiectasis and was on antibiotics for 18 months because of bacteria in my lungs. I am also allergic to pollen so my husband takes me to the coast as often as possible and makes me walk briskly. (He is ex military!) He gets out his watch and the march starts and I am now up to 40 minutes but 30 is more comfortable. I am 73.
thanks for the input....i'd love to get to the coast but unfortunatly have no transport and really don't feel up to catching a coach at the minute.....but your idea is sound so thanks ....i hope to buy a car in the next month so hopefully can follow your good advice....its great to know people care enough to comment.......i'm so glad you told me your age as i'm beginning to think at my age....70.....i'll never recover but you are a shining example
