Am so tied today been really breathless all morning so I had to about 10 puffs though my spacer I don't now what caorsed it but it didn't help that I was awake at 5.20 again this morning even then I didn't feel right what should I do? Suggestions welcome am just tied now

If you are still experiencing symptoms then seek medical help.

10 puffs through a spacer is supposed to be equivalent to a nebuliser. If your still struggling seek medical help sooner rather than later like asthma-girl suggested too. 😘

Yeah an asthma nurse would be a great start. They would be able to advise you with regards to extra inhalers or steroids etc. X
