Forever waiting

I was gutted when my long waited for appointment to see an immunologist at the main teaching hospital came through for Sept 2nd thinking that felt so far away, but was still waiting for respiratory appointment that was put in for at the same time. That has now come through for Oct 9th! 😳

What’s even more gutting is that I put trust in the fact I may have had answers and at least a plan by then and had booked a week’s retreat/holiday in Spain .....and it is that week! 😩 so will have to move it on further!

Aww no,thats so frustrating!! Maybe try ringing the secretary &they might be able to give you a cancellation appointment if one comes up! Which teaching hospital are you under?

Aww I'm at Southampton for immunology&Bournemouth for my asthma&Poole for my kidneys.. lol

Hope you manage to see someone sooner.I find the waiting for appointments the worst bit.

I had a crazy asthma attack in march&was in hospital for 11 days,but am ok atm.On crazy meds but they're keeping me on a level!

I too am off to Spain...on sunday😊

That’s crazy having to be at 3 different places for the different conditions, although I suppose they would never be able to co-ordinate appointments anyway! X
