Asthma action plan

Just got an email from asthma.org with a link to an action plan. This is the section (when i feel worse)

My symptons are coming back (Wheeze, thightness in my chest, feeling breathlessness , cough).

I am waking up at night.

My symptoms are interfering with my usual

day-to-day activities (eg at work, exercising).

I am using my reliever inhaler three times

a week or more.

My peak flow drops to below:

URGENT! If you need your reliever inhaler more

than every four hours, you’re having an asthma attack and you need to take emergency action now.

I feel like that everyday now and have done for a long time

URGENT! See a doctor or nurse within 24 hours if you get worse at any time or you haven’t

improved after seven days.

They have not got a clue what causes my asthma and why my symptoms have changed. This is no help to me at all. I feel like i am going to have an asthma attack all the time, but just wheezing and coughing mostly.

They can't help, i know exactly what i need but cannot get it due to the stupid housing system in this country. I need to move to where their is cleaner air and no pollution.
