Fluid lung ongoing months

Hi guys I had Fluid in the lung in November was not hospitiliazed & treted with Antibiotics , however since then up until a month ago I had a real bad cough , irritation feeling in my throat & lung area & short of breath been to several specialist Mild Broncs ‘tis is & some fibrosis but not following me up in any treatment yet ,

Now my coughing is not as consistent but I feel I’m short of breath in days anyone been through the same thing is there any way for relief ??
