My breathing is very bad also my throat, never felt right since having flu virus early January.
Had a lot of tests, the x ray showed I have an enlarged heart, my doctor wanted me to have a jelly scan, I am now eaiting results, should be later this week.
I feel quite fearful waiting these results has anyone else had this .

I have had a very similar experience. I had a very bad cold or hay fever last april and then had shortness of breath (SoB). My GP worked out it probably wasn't my asthma as my inhalers didnt give me relief and my peak flow was always ok even with my SoB.
I had tests and it showed an enlarged heart, I ride about 100km a week and spend time in the gym and have an active lifestyle with lots of walking. If you do around 5 hours of cardio exercise a week you have a 50% chance of having an enlarged heart so I wasnt too worried.
I had an echocardiogram but never bothered getting the results.
I think my SoB is caused by silent reflux (LPR) or vagus nerve viral damage, I have had my oesophagus scoped and will be seeing an ENT soon.
