Hello all. A wee update here. Finally I can safely say I'm flare free at the moment. Just finished taken the last of my steroids and finish taken the last of the antibiotics. Have a chest infection. Breathing been great this week. I'm still taken 3puffs of Brown for now for until I see my asthma nurse in a few weeks.. fingers crossed and only had to use blue inhaler once during the day.. onwards and upwards 😁
