Cough variant asthma help !

I have not found anything to help I was up all night I have a headache ! And I really want to cough something up at this point. I’m on symbacort and a rescue inhaler albuterol . I feel horrid I’m a non smoker hardly drink I use great house filters and I vaccume over and over just to keep my cat hair down and I have had these cats for years and never felt this bad ! I wash everything on my bed once a week I do sleep with a fan on me but I just ordered an tower air purifier to use instead. Anyone have any tips

I assume you keep the cats out of the bedroom. It is a sad fact that you might have developed an allergy to them, even though you've had them for years. Do you sleep propped up? When I'm bad I have 4 pillows behind me and one under my knees. It helps a bit. I think you should talk to your GP, though, in case you've got one of these bugs that is laying everyone low at the moment.

Yes they do come in my room ): sad to think I might need to keep them out and I sleep with one pillow under me only I have an immunologist appointment on Monday at least maybe they can help I hear they can even test if it’s a cat allergy

Oh and I just turned on my new Dyson air purifier in my room to see if it helps
