Does anyone use curcumin for asthma? It is supposed to help as long as doesn't interact with other meds for diabetes etc.

I have been taking a 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (curcumin) with 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper in a cup with 2 eggs whisked together,

It is not water soluble so take in a oil or with food, it needs the black pepper (piperine) to get the best out of it,

Add some to your meals throughout the day,

How you take it and how often is up to you but don’t overdo it,

This is not medical advice and is my use and opinion only but good luck.

Can’t answer your question, but did hear that - due to almost zero policing of the supplements industry - several preparations were found to include lead of some kind to add to the yellow colour. Seems like anyone can buy fancy containers and put capsules and tabs packed with whatever is cheapest in them then sell to the public.
