Smocking and using symbicort

hello could some tell me if smocking while using Sybicort could cause the tremors to be worse l am at my wits end with the inhalers l have moderate COPD and tried many inhalers but cant cope with the side effects l am at the moment smocking just 3 rolled cigarettes a day but would prefer to not smock at all thanks for any advice. Maureen

Smoking does no end of terrible things to your lungs & body generally. One of the main consequences is that it reduces oxygen levels generally in your body & in particular reduces the flow of oxygen into your body tissue. I suppose 3 roll-ups a day might be less damaging than 30 Benson & Hedges, but all the same, there will be an impact, which might include tremors getting worse.
