Since my surgery as changed to lhb run I'm having trouble getting a rescue pack without a consultation which is one defeating the object and two taking up an appt which could be used for someone else. Anyone else experiencing this x

I always have to see them but they have a good system where they see you the same day etc. I guess it is difficult for them to treat you without seeing you?

Oh I understand that but for years I've kept one at home and used it if needed ie...Saturday afternoon where it's difficult to see gp...x
