An air purifier helped my sons asthma

I live in Qatar, where the air quality is not good, and my 18month old son has developed childhood asthma. We are trying to get his asthma under control, and I believe an air purifier which is capable of destroying particles as small as viruses and VOC’s will be a big step forward towards getting the problem under control.

After extensive research into the air purifier market, I reached the conclusion that the Hextio Air Purification x10 was the best product for my needs.

The only other product on the market which caught my attention was the IQAir Health Pro 250, which has a patented HyperHEPA filter capable of catching down to 0.003 microns. When comparing cost, capabilities, and technology I believe the Hextio product was superior.

I have been using the Hextio for a few months now, and to say I was excited to receive it is an understatement, given its valuable role in improving the health of my son.

I will genuinely be looking into filling my house with them for a fraction of the long term costs of using the IQAir Health Pro 250.

I wanted to share this because I hope it can help others who suffer from asthma. I know people who try all sorts of home remedies and search tirelessly for a cure, and although there may not be one, at least it can be prevented which is especially important for children.

Thank you very much for this! I have asthma and no allergies. My doc attributes it mainly to the pollution (I like in Hong Kong and the pollution is quite bad and I was diagnosed with adult onset asthma this year). I use Dyson air purifier, but am very open to trying something new! So glad you baby is doing better and that this is helping! I hope it continues to do so!
