Bit of a moan sorry.....

I've been off work past two weeks with plurisy and thought I was ready to go back to work. My lungs have had other ideas it's spread from the top lobe of my left across the centre of my chest ,(sternum) to my right. The pain isn't really bad but if I over do it, it complains......

Any body that works in the health sector knows there is no.such thing as light duties.

Moan over HAPPY SUNDAY xx

I will, I'm a typical asthmatic now I feel 'better I want to go back to work.... this site is great though I didn't realise that you was at an increased risk of another attack for 2 weeks after.... I will start listening to my body from now on

😕 hope you feel better soon! Try not to push it too far too fast even if you’re feeling ok and no matter how much you want to return to normal! As you’ve already stated you’re at a great risk of an asthma relapse at the moment, especially if you’re already still recovering from the pleurisy!

Let work know what’s going on and how you’re feeling - the one good thing about working in the health sector is that they tend to understand illness (even if they struggle to reduce your duties until you make a fuss!) x
