So i have being feel some pain in my right knee sometimes when im walking a certain distance or when im at home sittingdown or when i wake up and start moving instantly.
I also get pain in my tight toe when im wearing shoes and i start moving or when im going out when im walking it starts instantly or 5 minutes later
Do you take prednisolone at all? Steroids can over time lead to developing osteoporosis. Are you on any other medication that you suspect could be a culprit? If not, or you don't think that's behind it, you're probably best either having a chat with the doctor or seeing a physiotherapist as there could be any one of multiple causes behind it.
Me too but I'm old and its arthritis. It may not necessarily be connected to your condition or medication. Consult your doctor.
You could try turmeric extract if it is inflamed joints, I use it, and find it helps, in place of ibuprofen which upsets my asthma
