Dear All

Helpline and WhatsApp Chat services will be closed for Bank holiday. If you have any questions for the nurses before the weekend, please send them through.

Top Tip: Carry your reliever (Blue) inhaler with you if your out and about.

Please note: If you are having an asthma attack right now or cannot breathe normally and your blue reliever inhaler isn't helping, please call 999 for an ambulance.

If you are having other difficulties with your asthma, please contact your GP. Alternatively, if you live in England Scotland or Wales you can also call 111.

You can find lots of advice and information about asthma on our website at asthma.org.uk.
