Asthma worsening??

Can my asthma be getting slowly worse overtime. I was diagnosed with chronic asthma 2 years ago and feel that over the last year my meds don't seem to as helpfull as they once were

Hey! Sorry to hear that you feel like it’s getting worse, I know it’s very frustrating! If you don’t feel like the meds are helping as much as they did, I’d make an appointment with your Asthma Nurse! They might be able to adapt them so you feel your more in control?

Asthma tends to come and ease over time it seems. Mine has periods of being barely there, then comes back again.

Maybe go back to your gp to discuss the possibility of increasing your meds?

It depends on your age and how fit you are, I think. I'd need to know more about you to make a guess. Your best course is to talk to your asthma nurse or GP.
