Esto es lo mas cercano que me he sentido al suicidio. Soy de Peru y tengo 25 años. Acabo de ser diagnosticado con asma y me dicrn que me lo invento. Nunca me he sentido tan mal. Ayuda. Help.

I have had asthma for 83 years, you have no need to consider suicide.

Edurdono, Asthma is a condition which can be managed with good treatment. It can be hard to diagnose when it isn't 'classic asthma', but you have had a diagnosis.

Find doctors who know about asthma and have experience of the different types of athma. Find information for your self too. It is important that your asthma is managed.

Hope that helps Eduardono. If your asthma is still not controlled then go back to the doctor. There are a range of medications for treating asthma. Find caring people to talk to aswell. It helps to have support. All the best.

My family gave me the finger when i stated i have asthma. I eat meat. They do not. I am a deamon to them. This is peru also not the uk. You are experienced with that.

Quizas hasta me atreva a nadar. Hasta ahora hago flexiones. Lo complementare con una dieta saludable y balanceada.
