I had that a while back.or so the doctor said not convinced.i was on fostair but i began to get sore tongue.came off it.do your self a favour go and have a food intollerance and allergy test by a homeopath.find a good one.i did. and i did what he said and i feel 100 times better.good luck

I get this very occasionally, I cut out aspirin and coffee and did the brandt - daroff exercises, I believe mine is hereditary as my mother used to suffer from this also.

I had vertigo a few years ago. I had a couple of flare ups, one lasting a couple of months. Its so horrible and makes you feel so sick. I did the movement exercises morning and night to try move whatever was stuck in inner ear canal. The problrm was in my left ear. One day I had a sudden sharp pain in that ear and the vertigo was gone!!
