I was diagnosed with a Paralysed Diaphragm yesterday, from looking at the x-ray with a consultant it was extended upwards and impacts my right lung, as more than 20 years with no Asthma symptoms in the last couple of years things have gone downhill, i was put on Fostair yesterday i guess this is to try and keep the 1.5 lungs as inflammation free as possible.
Anyone else had issues with Diaphragm's and what experiences came with it?

Hi! Though I have had asthma since birth, now I’m also suffering because of my diaphragm. Tho I’ve never heard of what you’re experiencing, I also didn’t know that my condition could effect what I have, to such an extreme. I have a very large hiatal hernia, to the extent that my entire stomach is in my chest, and is sitting on my diaphragm, my oxygen level was decreasing to below 80 at times. And I didn’t know! I thought it was my asthma getting worse. I found out because I was in the hospital for an infection. Now I’m at home with oxygen 24/7 until I can schedule surgery. Just saying that I know that the diaphragm problems really do feel like asthma getting worse! And believe me, I’m dreading surgery, as well. No one wants that. So I wish you the best, and I hope it resolves, soon!
