The last couple of days, i've felt like, i have had a baby elephant sitting on my chest. However even though my breathing has been affected and i feel tied. My oxygen levels are fine.

I know thundstorms can affect me and i feel a little stressed juggling work and life.

Has anyone else felt this way.

It looks like stress related - but your GP will be able to tell you better than I can as I'm not a medic.

If you don't feel better in a day or two, you should go to the Dr.

Does stress tend to trigger you? I wouldn't pay too much attention to the oxygen levels as it's perfectly possible to have even a bad attack without dropping saturations, for some people (do a search and see all the threads!)

If you're having symptoms and you know things aren't right, especially with triggers you know affect you, definitely get to the dr.

Do you have a plan or any other thing you measure to see how you are? I don't want to just say peak flow because I'm one of those who finds it useless, but if yours is a good indicator what's it doing? I sometimes find it's just about how long reliever lasts for.

Not what you're looking for?
