Hi ellie_236

Everyone's peak flow is different there is a guide that is on line about peak flow readings but until you start recording them regularly and when you are not showing any symptoms of asthma you can the see if your readings are lower I take mine three times a day and have done for two years now as I have severe brittle asthma and my peak flow at best is 380 but has been between 200 and 240 for the past few months has your doctor asked you to keep a diary of your peak flow readings

Stay well

No she hasn't asked me to keep a dairy, my best in Peak flow is 370

Mine really goes above 270, like others have said it depends on many factors, but you could do a spreadsheet graph, but differentiate between morning and night, then show your doctor. However do not let asthma ruin your activities/sports.

Not trying to be bossy folks but you have to be a minimum of 16 to join any Health Unlocked site. We are not allowed to give advice to minors on here and the correct response is to report it to the admins who will ensure the youngster is ok and give them links to more age appropriate sites. x

Hi Ellie nice to meet you love. I am sorry but you have to be a minimum of 16 to post on here as this is an adult site only. There are various reasons for this not least that sites for minors are moderated much more heavily to help keep you safer online. It's also In Health Unlocked rules - see the pinned post 'Underage users'.

I have had to report your post to our admins who will be in touch with you tomorrow. I wish you all the best. Lil x

Thanks Hidden I've reported to HU admins.
