Hi everyone, it's a little while since I have posted on here. A lot been going on. Lost my job, just started another. All which cause of stress. I have now got 2 salt lamps and a salt inhaler, I have a new steroid inhaler which seems to be helping a lot, a relvar. And some carbocisteine cars to help with the mucus, now I have my long awaited respiratory referral tomorrow morning. I have lost my original letter. As anyone had this yet? I cannot remember if I a supposed to use my inhaler and take my meds before or not can anyone help me on this? I think I do have to take them before but not sure, otherwise I will have to call them when I'm on my way before my appointment x

Hi there,

In regards to stopping meds before an appointment. It really depends on if they are doing tests and which tests. You need to call the department secretary and ask asap.

Otherwise you might not get the most from your appointment particularly if they have booked tests for you.
