Hi everyone hope u all doing ok , sorry not been on for a while having loads problems with my internet BT r trying o sort it out I'm back on 40mg steroids couldn't cope on the lower dose even now it's not right still got my operation tomorrow on my wrist to get metal work out so very nervous and just hoping my chest doesn't play up while I'm in there with being so nervous seeing asthma specialist on 12th at local hospital for my check up then London rbh on 20th for there clinic well hope u all ok take care
