Hi All not be posting for ages and if you are wondering haven't fallen off the face of the earth. I just been Busy with family life... two of my girls doing GCSEs and A levels, holiday season and then result days. All good very proud mum.
I back on my higher dose of Seretide 250 mg two puffs twice a day today in preparation of back to school bugs etc. I went to see my asthma nurse Thursday told her what I wanted to do and she was quite happy. My asthma is rock solid in spring/summer but autumn/winter are my danger times. Last year wasn't on a combination inhaler at all and had an asthma attack in late September (due to tree pollution). On the advise of the asthma nurses on the helpline am pre-empting it possible danger of this happening again. I had notice my asthma symptoms starting again with a cough on Monday night.
