New life at 60

Never ever thought I'd see the day but I did it now 111 smoke free day s and people are right the craving has totally gone and I feel amazing . I've gone from a 15 hour week job . As always had asthma and struggle to work . Now I do 44 hours a week . And loving it !!

Well done juliee60 am 8 months smoke free now chest feels loads better and not coughing as much
