Rosa? Do you mean wine? I know this can affect some people on meds so you might have to pack this in. It doesn't affect everyone though and certainly not me thank goodness!
I would check with your nurse anyway as there might be another reason.
There are various triggers for asthmatics and they are not the same for everyone. Common ones include dust mites, aerosol cans, animal dander, paint etc. It sounds like flowers affect you as well and I am wondering if this could be hayfever.
It looks like you need anti-histamines. You can buy one-a-day ones at the chemist - ask to talk to the pharmacist if you're not sure which ones - or ask your GP or asthma nurse for a prescription. You can make an appointment any time: don't wait till November!
I find that sulphites, which are a preservative in several different foodstuffs, make me cough. That includes wine, especially whites and roses (sorry, no accent!), pickles, elderflower cordial etc.
It seems to vary from one producer/manufacturer to another, so there is no hard and fast rule. But generally it is best avoiding those foods/drinks which trigger a reaction.... sorry!
