Advice please

Hi all hope everyone is ok just wondering if any one else's peak flow is a bit lower of a morning not much but mine is always lower thanks in advance x

Always lower in the morning due to hormones in the body. Best peak flow reading 5pm. Aka asthma helpline nurse

Yes my peak flow is always lower in the mornings. Something to do with the body having been inactive for such a long period of time and the depression in breathing that sleep brings from what I've been told.
