Maybe you need more pred. Go back to the Asthma nurse don't fight it on your own. Take care xx

The current weather conditions probably won't be helping. Cold, dank and foggy - not great for asthmatics. The past two mornings (and yesterday morning in particular) I was more tight chested than usual when I woke up, and my lungs are feeling just a little sensitive as I type this.

If things continue to go downhill for you I would do as Rosalind-23 has suggested, go back to your Asthma nurse.

Hope things improve.
