Hi all, is it just me that is not coping with the heat? I am really struggling to breathe. I've been on my nebuliser a few times this afternoon but without much respite! 🙁

Well, I've been having a rough time with it this year too.... But we're an ocean apart? Have any clues? Lol. I had to comment on this. I'm going to be starting on a nebulizer as soon as I figure it out. Any other info? Just ask.
