Asthma Attack during dream

Okay I'm not from UK but the last to night I was sleeping and in my dream I had and Asthma attack and I woke up and took a deep breath. But I felt fine just a headache is all my asthma hasn't word up in a long time the last time I had an asthma attack is when I was like 16 and 28 and I'm just really wondering what the world is going on and why am I having these trailers and having an asthma attack I have never had this problem before can anyone tell me what's going on.

It may be because you are worrying about something else, perhaps another health issue, or something has triggered a memory of your past attacks. If you think about what's happened in the last few days, you can probably find a link to this. Dreams are not prophecies, they are based on memories, both distant and very recent and often combining the two.
