Oh dear
It does get tough to do that but the compensation of sleeping in clean bedding is worth it
Oh dear! Time to call in help from family/friends. Takes me ages to do mine unless someone helps and even then I sneeze with it. NB My house is not dusty - it's just that shaking up bedding disturbs what dust there is.
Hi, I would suggest airing the bedding and building as much as pos and/or running a HEPA air purifier (I use them). The general dust is a problem - it may be worth considering a truely hypoallergenic mattress (I have been quite pleased with a cheap foam and pocket spring one I got during a temporary house move recently - no natural fillings). The temperature of the wash is important - I can't recall but think 40 deg kills dust mites, maybe it's 60. I think loose fibres from freshly wased or new from shop fabrics can be an irritant even if not allergenic. Human dander which feeds dust mites gets washed out but so does grease and salts that perhaps, although not desirable, maybe limit the transit of dust mite faeces and other allergens. Invisible enemies!!! Don't listen to the opinoins of people who haven;t got the problem either! (opinoin?)
