hasnt been to bad where I am, has been a bit of a breeze so the air quality has been quite good.

Hi Tracy been struggling for a good few days been put on steroids and now starting montelukast for the first time 😒 Hope you feel better soon

Only started to notice the dampness and rain. Doesn't do my chest good. Achy.  Didn't think this was a factor for me

I'm having terrrible problems with my Asthma. Due to Stuffiness in the Air and being so humid Asthmanis currently so hard to control. 

I'm on steroid Nebs/Ventolin 3x a day, Steroid Inhaler twice a day, and put myself back on steroid Tablets 4 a day( over Night) due to bile side effects
