Hi Polzo

Not a good sign to be breathless while talking I'd make a GP appointment, check your peakflow. Is your asthma properly controlled? Do the test on the Asthma Uk website. If so Respiratory physiotherapy helps.

Take care xx

No, not controlled at all- I am under asthma clinic but they cannot control it . The peak flow doesn't change - so I am not sure if it's asthma , thinking about possible reflux or cardio issues

Ok you have to insist to be referred to the proper department, check that reflux and your cardiac functions. The number of people who say they don't know if it's asthma.. This is getting ridiculous (and I am one of them)

Good luck with everything xx
