I was on Beclometasone and Fostair when I was in Brazil last month and since coming back to UK have gone on to Flutiform and Montelukast - am beginning to think the Braz doc had the better solution. Would anyone care to offer their opinions if they have tried both please?

Hi Sarah I take Montelukast and definitely believe it helps me get a better nights sleep, it's important to take it either 1 hour before food or 2 hours after to get the best effectiveness.

I used flutiform for over a year and put up with the following issues, knee pain, tendon pain in legs, feeling of inflammation through the whole of my legs, constant feeling of phlegm in my throat and need to cleer it by coughing, intense discomfort from legs in bed at night. Now on fostair for just one week and all these issues have cleared up!
