Whats a fostair mart regime?

I'm on fostair but does anyone know what a fostair mart regime is? I've never heard of it but I'm suppose to know.

Thanks for your reply. The asthma plan on here states to follow it but the end of the plan says unless your on fostair mart plan. That's why I'm confused? Surely if u need more than 10 puffs of blue inhaler u should be phoning 999 regardless what inhalers your taking? I haven't been on fostair long so don't understand the plan.
