When you're first diagnosed with asthma it can take a little while until you get on the best medication treatment plan, if you are finding that your inhalers aren't helping, it might be worth making an appointment to see your GP or asthma nurse.

I've been on different ones over the years with varying success, even tablets which didn't work, and now currently on symbicort which is holding its own. It can take a while to find the best meds as we are all so individual with different triggers. I also use nasal inhalers for rhinitis because when that sets off the asthma kicks in. Like asthma girl says, talk to the asthma nurse and don't give up.

How long did you try each inhaler for?
