Which is why to combat the symptoms it is very important to deny asthma it's fuel by relaxing ! 😊

Although I wish it were that simple, I do completely agreee that stress does fuel breathing problems. I get very tight chested particularly when dealing with emotional stress.

So, all we need now is a prescription that says 'don't bother with work, just concentrate on football, the pub and putting your feet up'.

Well on the bright side if you get your name down on the waiting list you'll probably be manager by the end of next season. For a week or two anyway.

My life's curse is Huddersfield Town (or Huddersfield Town Nil as they are known on Sky Sports News). Due to play you in a few weeks time :)
