Good morning to everyone hope everyone ok I have got up very chesty today struggling a bit need to give my self a shake and get on hopefully that will move it along have a good day everyone

Hi Tracey.

I'm in the same boat myself & have had a really tight-chested weekend. I hope that either giving yourself a shake or failing that putting your feet up clears it up for you. My personal favourite cure of beer, whisky & forget all about it let me down this time around

Hi yea I hope I does I've just got over a chest infection but got horrible feeling it's still lingering seeing asthma nurse end of the week if not before been puffy over weekend as well have good day

Hi Tracey, do you record a daily peak flow? If you are and your PF is lower than your good days. Then go back to GP, Asthma Nurse earlier. You should not be struggling on a day to day basis. This means your Asthma is not being controlled or responding to your normal medication

No I don't do them as there always different never the same on a good day 400 bad day 200-250 I have brittle asthma so they can never go by mine I c them regularly there good at my surgery if I need them and London hospital is great with me hope u ok x

Asthma is a really awful disease. I'm also severe brittle asthmatic. However since March of this year. Asthma has been the best ever. My Asthma nurse prescribed a new inhaler called Spiriva Respiman. It's been a massive life changer for me. Not all NHS areas will prescribe as it's very expensive.

Really hope you feel better soon. Just sit about and do only the bare necessity's. Asthma can be exhausting 😓

Hi I'm on spiriva been on it for a while but to b honest hasn't really helped me I'm that ,pullmicort , and oxis ,ventolin etc but none of them really help
