Feeling crappy.

Hi.

I had a attack yesterday afternoon, it's about 22 hours since it happened & my lungs still feel like crap. it's starting to annoy me. my inhalers don't seem to be really settling it down but it doesn't seem to be bad enough to need to get help for it.

Help? Suggestions?

There are more people in Yorkshire feeling crappy than there are in England further south. However, there are less people in Yorkshire feeling crappy than there are in Scotland further north. The differences are related to the climate and elevations above sea level.

You can now use Google Earth to establish your elevation above sea level.

Does where you live have a really big impact? , this is something id never heard mentioned before but in fairness im new to all this

I am not new to all this.

Where people and species of wildlife reside determines their state of health. This is not exactly new information. People who live in the Merthyr Tidfil area of south Wales suffer more asthma attacks than those residing in the Swansea area. The difference is altitude. Merthyr Tidfil is between 200-300 metres above sea level where atmospheric air pressures are lower.
