sadly i think im just on my way back to resus! my asthma has not been pleased, so we've increased my asthma meds and my heart has dicided its just not at all ok with that decision so is kicking off big-styley! Gonna give it 20mins to check its not going to resolve itself then sadly i suspect its gonna be blue lights as no way can i drive, and no ££, plus ambulances always stress about my heart rate :-(

Sorry that you both are suffering at the moment I do hope you both start to feel better soon.

I'm also having a rough time of it too, in January this year I started with a cough which lasted 3 weeks then it developed into bronchitis then into double pneumonia after 6 lots of antibiotics it cleared up about a week ago, unfortunately I've got another chest infection due to start my second course of antibiotics, my respiratory team are now talking about admitting me to hospital for treatment.

Please take care of yourselves if you do need medical help then get it.

I'm in hospital at the moment and the doctors have said that my air entries are tight but I'm not wheezy!!! But I'm a silent wheezer and it's difficult with doctors you've never seen/ met before ?.

Hope all is well

I do have home nebs yep! But sadly the more i'm using them, the less my heart likes it!! All a big balancing act!! been a pretty irritating week or so in terms of health - but im getting along and hopefully we'll have a reasonable spell!! (fingers AND toes crossed!)

Im on a right cocktail, ignoring all my non-asthma meds, im on Uniphyllin, Cetirizine, Montelukast, Ipatropium, Salbutamol, Terbutaline, Budesonide, Oxis (forgotten the drug name of that one...maybe formeterol), Pred.....think in terms of 'strictly' asthma meds that is it - I guess the omeprazole and domperidone I take are to stop reflux triggering my asthma, but dunno! lol! What about you??

Did end up in the back of an ambulance, but dont *think* i ever went to resus - not gonna lie - dont remember an awful lot of A&E, i know i started in majors, and i dont ever remember moving, but might have done. Blood pressure kinda vanished and i was pretty much gone - have vague recollections of a nurse getting stressey about it - but not much else! Not a long stay though - and thats all I really care about!!

How are you doing now?? feeling any better?
