Hi Berry

I use Benadryl myself because I find it acts more quickly than anything else but it might not be the same for you. Try it and see how you go. If it doesn't do the job you can always try someehting else, and keep trying until you get something that works. Failing that, have a chat with your GP about the problem..

Hello there Berry

Have you tried singular? Do you have trouble with itch watery eyes as well? I ve found that these prescription eye drops called naphcon A help perhaps you can try if you have trouble with allergies that way. Benadryll I ve used but I don't like to as it makes me extremely drowsy and I sleep for the rest of the day. Non drowsy claratin helps :) Hope you find some allergy relief soon Berry. Take care :)

I think it's worth going in to see your doctor. As jasmine says, benadryl is likely to make you feel drowsy. There are quite a few non-drowsy antihistamines that you can try, as well as montelukast (singulair) and nasal sprays (or all three, which is what I take!). Good luck!

I have fexofenadine 180mg (telfast) from my GP, as well as monteleukast (singulair).

people today are living too short dying too long in degenerative diseases proper nutrition is the best KEY.
