Confused more worried - heart palpitations

Hope you have been ok. Getting very worried have previous heart history + asthma have been on flixotide before but restarted it again 3 weeks ago after getting an ear bending off my asthma nurse, now this last week been having bad palpitations and wondered whether its connected either with asthma or the steroid. The palpitations have been making me breathless as well but not the sort of asthma breathless if you see what i mean it feels different. have been to GP on friday and he gave me an urgent ECG
