I've been breathless the last few nights and realised today that (I think) it is the sweets I bought for Halloween trick or treat visitors - I've been sneaking a few myself.
Funny the things that seem to trigger it.
I'll add Haribo and Maoam sweets to my list of avoided items. Shame, they are so nice.
