As anyone notice as the weather is getting cooler they need to use their reliver more?
I'm use it twice already today and Im waiting for another hour to pass to take it again. Weird if I get too hot or too cold My Asthma goes off, fall is most defintely in the air. Is it just me or does any one else put the heating on when a coughfest come on, and find its more comfortable then after taking their reliver.

Me too and my reliever doesn't seem to make a difference for more than 10 minutes! I guess it's because you can't really change the temperature of the air your breathing in so it's a hard trigger to avoid without heating/ air conditioning. Lol, my mum would murder me if I touched the thermostat but if it comes on by itself I do notice a difference.
I suppose the only answer is a nice holiday, somewhere in the sun
