Just thought id mention i have purchased a new air purifier from argos. Its caled 3M Filtrete and cost £149, its not cold air conditioning but it does clean the air as i live in a dusty house after a couple of hours it smells clean hard to explain but it is good, Its not HEPA filter but 3M's own filter which is supposed to be better than a HEPA, its also approved by the British Allergy Foundation.
Just thought it might help.
