Hi I'm a childrens community nurse and am currently doing a dissertation on childhood asthma self management. I'm researching self management tools for children to use in the community when well. At present I am struggling to find one standard form used and feel there is a massive gap in this type of care. I would be very interested to hear if you have any up to date information on this as I intend to write a teaching pack for children/parents as part of my study.
